Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
CheasArt ships domestically via USPS. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

Ground transportation (USPS Ground Advantage where applicable) is included in the purchase price.

Order Processing

We ship from and receive returns at Carrboro, North Carolina.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at cheasart@yahoo.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. CheasArt will reimburse the cost of shipping in accordance with the instructions.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
